The CRT is a logic tree based on the work of the late Dr. Eli Goldratt. He was the father of TOC (Theory of Constraints), a management methodology and "toolbox" of cause-and-effect logic tools for starting or fixing a business.

Those familiar with W. Edwards Deming's TQM (Total Quality Management) will have wrestled with the Fishbone Diagram to determine the one most likely "root cause" of problems or failures in a business. There is a MUCH easier approach with almost a 100% success rate. Yes, the CRT.
